Biography

I have been Vegan for about 15 years and avoiding meat products for about 23 years.
I loosely follow environmental news and happenings, and try and keep aware of many of the corporate shenanigans which go on. However, I rarely watch television, and never read newspapers, so my only source if information is Radio 2 news during the week, when driving the Smart car to work!
I love exercise, and health, and am currently training to run my first ultra marathon next year.
